I did some more work on the wiring today. I was able to open the harness and pull extra wire out for the injectors. Now all the wiring is under the manifold. As for the brake booster it will stay on untill my customer looks at it. I have looked at some other's on Classic Tuck Mag, and they are the same way so we will see. For now here is what the wiring look like.

I installed the March pulleys and turned out really nice. Its the new style track system and is also power coated with clear so no rubbing down the road. Only thing I didnt like is I was short two bolts but things happen. I cant put my power steering pulley on untill I get the bolts but here are a few pictures.

Been a long time time for a update I know. Its only me and one other guy in the shop and we have 4 Custom builds going at one time so Sorry for being slow with posting. As of now we have the Doors fitting pretty good. Had to take some metal from around the passanger door to get the gap right. Our customer picked out some seats he really like from a 04 300M. The headrest will be coming off later. I made some brakets that not only hold the seats up but help fill in the gap under the seat. The bed is pretty much done and just needs wet sanding then paint. Ill try to get back to updating more offten.

Do you still believe in all the things that you stood by before? Are you out there on the front lines, or at home keeping score?
Do you care to be the layer of the bricks that seal your fate? Would you rather be the architect of what we might create?

Thanks guys, should have the steering column next week. I have a Total Stainless Bolt kit coming in for the body as well. The only other big thing to mock up will be the A/C witch will be coming from Classic Auto Air. After that tear down and paint.

Picked up the column today and got it fitted pretty good. I had to make a new panel for the bottom so I could install the lower ball mount for the column. I had to also add some metal (just tacked for now) to the old column brace so I could have something for the drop to bolt too, No wow factor but it works. Only thing I don’t like is that the shifter is too close to the dash but I can pull the column up about another Inch So I think It should clear then.

Wow, great build! I like your attention to detail on the little things, such as good consistent welds, and clean work.
There is a ton of metalwork on this build, that entire cab was a workout.
It's going to turn out great! Keep those pics flowing!

Thanks! I didnt think I would be getting into this much work my first full job but Im loving it.

Today was an easy day, I installed the Lokar Gas Pedal. Fits good and seems like its going to clear everthing. I also pulled the column up so the shifter would be away from the drivers knee when driving and was still able to keep it tucked down to work with the new bucket seats.
