      Thanks.

Got the rust cut out of the hood today and new patch's put in. should be able to get the hood primed and back on the truck for one last fit. After that the cab comes off and will not be back on untill paint .

Hood went back on for the last time I hope. I set the hood on center with the laser then adjusted everything else one more time before teardown. Only problem I had was with the driver side cowl too far in. The hood, door and rear cab corner lined up great so I cut the cowl and moved it out. Now it lines up great and ready to come apart.

Oh .... that cowl issue is VERY common ..... my '62 Unibody was off about 1/8" but it didn't look all that bad with the paint.

You've come along way. Looks real good.

Is there any reason you didn't shave the drip rails or fill the cab seams at the roof line? It would seem like a given with the amount of work you are putting into this.

Excellent build by the way. Workmanship is top notch.

Nice work, the truck is looking very clean. I like it.

If color is still on the table, I liked the darker tone you posted.

Customer did not want anything shaved but the big emblem on the hood and the two on the sides. The truck belongs to a woman and like most, "knows what she wants."...lol.
