Man you should have airbrush artist do it or a pin stripe artist do it. Sweet truck man.

I didnt like the way the factory left the cowl sticking out past the door edge so I pie cut it and rolled the metal in to match the door edge. I dont think most people will tell what Ive done but I think it will look better.

Here a before at how the cowl and windshield post stick out past the doors.

Heres after cutting and welding back.

Thanks David I'll keep you In mind.

There is not really much to update yet. Im just block sanding some of the front end parts but I'll still try to get some pictures up. The A/C is on the way so I hope to get it in soon and then I can start the blocking on the cab. Thats it for now.

The hood hing bolts were pretty bad so new nuts were welded in the fire wall. I was also able to get the driverside door to line up a little better. This door has always sat In too much, now it looks like the other side and can live with it.

Before the edge was about a 1/4 In and would hit the Inside Jam. Now Its out and lines up better with the cab.

I set the Hoond on today and it fit pretty dang good. Just need to move the back down about a 1/8" on both side and should be dead on.

AS YOU CAN SEE THAT NOTHING HANGS DOWN UNDER THIS TRUCK TO DRAG.

I also shaved the places off the dash were the knobs for the fresh air vents were. We will have custom kick panels so dont need them.

Well I tried some airbrushing myself and this is what I came up with for my shop truck logo. As for the 63 still sanding away.

Slow on updates I know. Still blocking some of the panel's and just got the hood blasted and now I’ve got some rust to fix. I had to run down to Lokar (there in my back door.) today to get them to shorten my Trans Dip stick, it was too long for my setup. So that’s done. Lokar also set me up with the Pro-Flow EFI kit witch is a spacer and brakes for the kick down and throttle, really nice setup. I’m finishing up on the Vintage Air as well. Bulk Head is in so I’m starting to run lines. I got all my S.S. joints for the steering so that's now marked off the list. The Radiator should be done in about a week so after that gets here I should be able to pull the cab and get some paint on her. I'll try not to go so long on the updates.

      Polishing out some A/C Fittings

      Pro-Flow kit from Lokar.
