Bodywork Progress on the '67

Well thankfully we're done all of the fabrication that we need to on the body and are just about to complete one final mockup of all the panels before blowing it apart to go on the rotisserie and on to paint. I thought I share a couple of progress pictures:

Front's are 18 x 8.5 with 255/35's
Rears are 18 x 11 with 315/30's
Tires are Toyo Proxes R888's

We have been pushing on the body a bunch over the last six weeks. There are a ton of pictures but here is a short chronology of the last five weeks:

December 15th:

We built a jig for the front subframe and sheetmetal


Which should come in handy for reassembly

The engine is at Katech now and we are shooting to be on the dyno by the end of the month. HRE Wheels are on their way thanks to Tyler at ATS and Matt at RFR Custom Fabrication is helping us out on some cool bits and pieces.

The HRE's are C20's - 18 x 8.5 for the front and 18 x 11 for the rear.

The color is a custom mix of Diamont. We went through five different spray outs before we had something that I really liked.

Well we are getting closer to having paint on the car -







Seam sealer was the last major hurdle to get through before painting the underside and interior
