So how did the Areo mods feel Brett.

I had a fun time on the course but have no Idea where I finished with the CSP class cars. My best class run was a 49.sometime but dirty. I did do a 48.5 during Fun runs.So a win was in the car I was just driving to sloppy.

felt better than having nothing but aero can't replace tire. ran a 52.1 sliding and holding on for dear life. the car has it in it to win with a good set of tires, until then it's going to be mediocre haha.

You and Tom were both in the 52s he will have Hoosier next event.I don't know if he will run ESP or SM.

Did you join a club Brett? Rick from TART & Robbie from SDAD have shown interest in getting you guys in their clubs.

yeah I know Tom is gonna kick some arse on real tire haha. the car easily had a 51 in it on my current tires but I got into a major slide before the Chicago boxes that killed my momentum and time..

Yes I joined SCNAX. Warren and Hank have been two of the main people who were most helpful with me getting started out at the first event, that really drew me in as well as their humor haha.

I hope you checked the Scnax box in the registration card. Thats when Larry Chan applies the points..So make sure you got points for the last event.

Well I'll certainly be out of excuses with a sticky tire, but I'll give the edge to Brett and his winged warrior at Qualcomm every time. I will probably run ESP on Sunday afternoon (June2) in the new Mustang. Still want to start bringing an old car again soon...

I think most that are already interested in Autocrossing in San Diego on this site.Already have subscribed to the original Thread.So I'm curious to see if the new one gets a response.

Anyone doing the next practice..I don't know where they are at in entries.If I get the time to fix my overheating problem I'll sign up for it..

We did have some new drivers at our latest SCCA event ,That had their first autocross experience at Del Mar GG.Some where also at the May novice school. A Metallic Green Challenger was one.Good Guys is really showing autocross to a lot of new people.



If your doing the saturday junei first practice..and you let us know here at Pro-touring .com what run group your in..More PT cars may join in your run group I think Tyler and 66 Fairlane and Charles with 1970 Camaro have signed up the the practice..I know we have a few others running sunday

79-TA Brett.. We have 4 scca autocross dates this June. at Qualcomm Stadium San Diego.Soon we will have the schedule for next 6 months..probably another 10 days of autocross. Are you coming down saturday or sunday.. It's free to watch..but more fun to drive.You can get alot of ride alongs on saturdays also free



WE have another photographer providing photos of our events...Larry of lateapexphoto.com has supplied us with many photos..Last event we had Gregory of Gasfotography.com suppling some photos.. Pics of.Rich & Brett's Mustangs and Both Falcons and Thomas with the Green Challenger are found there.Mike with the 63 Falcon and Thomas with the Challenger enjoyed their 1st San Diego SCCA Autocross event.


Greg also has great pics of the Karting club and SuperMoto that also takes place at Qualcomm Stadium,..sometimes the same days as our events

4 weeks without SDR SCCA autocross..Thats a long dry spell for us?. June 1st and 2nd the Dryspell is over

.I know Brett's Roush winged Stang is ready to run, DB problem solved he hopes..Yah I was wanting to see your lap times last event Brett but 3 were DQed. I know Tom has some Hoosier to run but will they be on the 2013 Mustang or the 69 Cuda.Someone else has a new set of racng shock to try out on a Fairlane. Mark will be there on Sunday with the 66 Chevelle. I wonder if the Grey Mystery Chevelle will show up and run?.Bryce will have the blue Falcon.And ther are more PTs then I have listed here.

For members it's 30.00 to run 50.00 for none members.to try it out. and 20.00 of that can go towards a membership 65.00 for first year membership

It was a goodtime at last weekends event.Matt and his 69 Camaro, I think did his first SCCA event. Alot of photos are already posted from sunday at Facebook "San Diego SCCA Autocross" Dennis Trevino one of our several Racer/Photographer has posted a site full of them.I took one of Tyler on saturday and I have one of Matt taken by Dennis

Great day at the Q, nice to see Matt running hard in the 69 Camaro, I think Matt and that car get faster each time I ride in it!
