Maybe mark the tires with some white shoe polish on the insides and do some spirited driving and then check to see if there was any rub. Just mark them after leaving the driveway.

I have not pushed the car really hard yet, but it feels a lot faster with these falken tires on it. It actually has some bite. The rear suspension helps too!1996 Federal Cadillac hearse

Way to go Bryce!!!
I would take 8 months to get back on the road anyday!! With all you have going on in your life, that's really not a long time... You've made some serious progress.
So get out there and put some miles on the car and do a proper shakedown!!

Thanks Ray. this has been the biggest single change to my car. I think this was way more involved than my front suspension. Originally Posted by 454bug

HAHA! Maybe? Who knows what will happen in the next few years. But if my job was to work on cars all day I would probably not like working on my cars as much. Originally Posted by onestopcustoms

Thanks Jon, that was the last thing I did with the car before I took it apart for the rear suspension build. Originally Posted by DriverzInc

Thanks John. That car show in the park a few weeks ago was awesome, thanks again for the invite. I am undecided about the autocross in July. I want to go but the car is fighting me. Yes I am super excited about being a daddy. Originally Posted by johnny68

I took the rear suspension out of the car AGAIN! I have some mods to make. I am going to add a rear sway bar probably splined and hollow with aluminum arms. Also I will be needed to clearance the inner wheel wells a little bit more. I have some tire rub in one spot. I hope I dont need to go to a mini tub. Well if I do I could fit a bigger wheel tire. I just want start driving my car.
For some good news. We are about finished on the four link on my dads 65 drag mustang. So atleast something is going right! My build thread: https://www.pro-touring.com/showthre...ing&highlight=

1965 ford falcon pro touring
Great looking car mate, and great work you are doing. I bet the 2 door falcons would be rare in the states. They were/are rare here in Australia. The most famous 2 door falcon would have the be the black xb falcon that mal gibson drove in the movie mad max - http://www.motorsnaps.com/d/25342-2/mad+max+falcon.jpg
