      Found out that the outer tie rod was hitting the sway bar when it was at ride height. I had to get a longer sway bar end link to solve it. I went from 3 3/8 to 4 1/2...fixed.

      Which model/application is the link from? Or, did you use a cut-to-length link?

      I used a specific length Energy Suspension Sway Bar End Link PN: 9.8181R

      Yes, replacing that o-ring solved the leaking problem. I abused the engine at RTTS and it never leaked!!
