It's all I can do to avoid posting a massive rant against headers here. There are literally thousands of posts on this site regarding all the horrible things that happened either because headers were in the way or because somebody wanted a certain kind of headers. Really, you could notice the whopping five horsepower after spending your way around the everpresent elephant of a pointless problem? Sorry, I've just been there and done that, and didn't return...

The stance of the Falcon is great! What I'm wondering is how 275 section widths went on 8-inch rims.
      What are your rocker heights.

My headers are low but that is not the reason the car wont get lower than it is now. THe LCA are parallel to the ground and I dont want them to be angled up towards the wheel. Also the 25.6" diameter tires would cause tons of clearance issues if they were any lower. This car will not be cut up any more than it already is.

Hey Bryce, I read somewhere you said you lowered the upper arm 1.75". Did you reposition the lower at all? In some of the pics there are 2 holes in the lower mounting area, so was curious. Figured with a rod end there you would have more clearance and be able to make the arm longer if wanted.

The LCA attaches to the car at the stock mounting points. Yes I lowered the UCA mounting point 1.75" and back to obtain my desired caster. The control arms are also longer than stock.

      Bob,

I got your PM sorry I did not respond.

I just signed up for SEMA too. I hope I can go. My wife and I are expecting our first baby next week. So hopefully I will be able to leave my wife home with the baby.

It would be awesome to look over your car! and then walk around and look for all the stuff your need to buy for your car, HAHA!

Which coilovers? Front/Back upper or lower mount?

Back upper and lower. I'm bouncing between a couple configurations for mine, was just wondering what you did for yours.

Here are a few pictures I took during my build.

Frame saddle with upper shock mount. The spread on the brackets was use so I could adjust the shock to be vertical.

Overview shot of the coilovers. Driver side.

Overview shot of the coilovers. Passenger side.

Here is a shot of all the parts that went into the rear suspension.

THe only shots I could find of the lower shock mount.

Let me know if this helps or you need more.

Wow, I like that saddle set up, Are those 7" shocks? Didn't think they'd fit under there.

Yeah, My shocks are much too long to fit like that. I'm going to have to figure out something else. I'd like to do it off the same piece I mount my LCA on like you did. But it is directly under the frame rail so I'd have to tilt my shocks which would load it at an angle... So, I'll keep working on it. Thanks anyway.
