Phil, looks good. I've been beating myself up for about 2 years now debating whether or not to add flat black on my hood. Wife keeps convincing me not to but man, it just looks nasty.

      Shafted!

Got the car back on the KwikLift and installed the 3.5" alum diveshaft from Inland Empire. Next I will be working on the mock-up for the custom stainless headers:

      Custom Stainless Header Mock-up

      Thanks for asking Wayne...

I received the mock-up kit from Stainless Headers Manufacturing and was able to mock up the driver's side yesterday.

      Here is what they do:

      from this:

      To this:

      Here is my mock-up:

...They'll be made of of stainless with merged collectors and a v-band clamp connection.

Thanks Steve, I do have some updates. I finished the cooling system with the addition of a recirculating catch can, re-mounted the rear fuel filter with a nicer mount, re-routed some of the rear fuel line, and started on the wiring.

I will post some pics this week. I hope to have the wiring completed within the next 2 weeks.

Re-routed the rear fuel line and found a better mount for the rear filter:

      Added a recirculating coolant can:

LOL, yes it is an AAW kit. It's not too bad, but it does take some studying.
