Bob deals in collector cars and I'm sure this car will be put up for sale at some point. I'm guessing this might be the first car of this type to sell for over 1 mil. This car was done in less than a year. I'm told Alan is building a Camaro that will equal this car. Seeing this car in person made the whole trip.

I know cussin Bob too...cant wait to see it up close. He was telling me about it a while back, but this is more than I had pictured!!:rolleyes5

Turning the wheels is a big issue, but it seems like the track width must have to be severly compromised as well.

And as we all know lateral weight transfer as regards tire load is solely a function of CG height and track width.

I love how he took the theme of the blacked out top like the old Cuda's and Boss Mustangs had and replicated with the black carbon fiber finish.

I'm not so hip on the carbon fiber inserts in the roll cage, that's just gay. But the car is awesome I can't wait to read more details in PHR. Especially the body mods, they look reallynice.

I was thinking the very same thing. Steering with your right foot. It was a very cool car to look at though. The front fenders were made totally out of carbon fiber from what I understand and the tops of the doors had c/f inlay. Which btw was flawless. Absolutely superb craftsmanship with so many little things, that it took several looks to see them all.

HAHA...Its true.....I know for a fact the car was designed to run 200+ When they were building it Alan told me "we're gonna kill bob" jokingly. Id love to see any of you get on the track with it....I mean those 20's are gonna kill the performance:rolleyes5

Maybe I'm missing something but virtually everything said about this car has been positive. It was the coolest car at SEMA in my opinion.

I only mentioned the turning deal as I watched them push it out and it could not turn well at all. Love to see it on Power Tour, I'll be there.

I'm going to agree with Jody here, kboring. 99% of the comments in this thread have been positive, and those that did not like the car are entitled to their opinion just the same. It's called freedom of speech.

You're the most hostile person in this thread, so lets take it down a couple of notches.

I'm sorry, but how much did this car cost to build -- $1,000,000? Most people do not have that much money to spend on a house, let alone a car. And before you go off the handle about people talking smack, go back and view my comments about the car. I think it's an amazing machine, and definitely a top rank pro-tourer/performer. Alan Johnson does great work.

      What!!!!!!!

That thing is fricken crazy! Looks like alot of time and engineering went into the build of that car. I can only hope to manage 1/3 the coolness of that car with my Charger buildup.
