I have to ask, what makes a $3000.00 set of tail lens?

the lens are cheap... the molds cost the big bucks..if you divide it across 1,000 or say 10,000 pieces, it isn't much..but divide it across 1 or 2...it'll hurt you bad..we'll probably sell some of the rear spoilers..maybe some front spoilers..help soften the blow..but the other carbon pieces are modified way too much to fit a regular Cuda..I want to measure across the tail light lens..maybe we could sell them to guys with 72 and later Cudas to get rid of those hideous round lights

Awesome car and sooo much custom work done that everywhere I look at it there is something one off. Just incredible

With all of the carbon fiber on it and aluminum I am very curious as to what the car weighs?

Thanks for the pics and hope everything goes for you when it gets to the Z2Z. It will be one cool video if it gets captured in motion.

So that's for the carbon piece all the way across the back? That is understandable, there is alot of time in building the mold. Did they use foam or clay to shape the piece before they made the mold? Did they pull the mold right off the car? Thank you Bob and Alan for posting the cool pics and the answers. Alan, don't you think that firewall would have been a little easier on a CNC? J/K, way cool!

Art Morrison just bent the main frame rails..Alan had no way to bend them vertically to that degree so he got Art do them..Alan and crew built the chassis..it's Art's Rack and pinion..Alan doesn't have a CNC..but he's looking at them..gotta use what you have..got to have enough of that kind of work to keep a CNC busy. 3K is not for the Carbon piece across the back..just the two tail lights..Alan didn't charge for this..I had them made by an outside vendor...I didn't see how he did the spoiler but it's just a carbon overlay now..they're going to do a mold and make it all carbon fiber. maybe Alan will respond on all the metal and clay work it took to do that set of front fenders and hood. Chris Itoh, Alan, Tony, and Greg did the clay work..I tried it for a few minutes and promptly threw in the towel. Chris was a real trooper..not many designers come out and work like he did. I truly believe no other designer could have accomplished what he did..his ability to communicate with the owner and the builder is phenomenal He is tha man. Alan is the man..Tony Inman is the man..hell even Alan's dad is the man..Angie is the wo man. I know of no other shop that does work to this level all in house. Hard to farm out work when you're in podunk Alabama.

      Hey Bob...

Hey when are you going to bring it home. I haven't been down lately to see ya, so I didnn't know if it was here yet. I figured if it was Joe would have already mentioned it. Let me know because I would like to see it up close. I have heard nothing but great reviews about it!!!
      Congrats!!!
