Thanks guys. I will get it all finished up after work and hopefully take it around the block. Then it will be getting shipped to the showroom at work.

Nope. Just brought it to work for free storage while I get stuff done at home. Need more garage space.

That is a never ending problem, I think we all are short on garage/shop space.

While shop space is a problem, another problem I have is a never ending car problem... Welcome the newest member to the family.

Very nice! That looks really fast just sitting there. Did you trade in the Evo?

Still have the Evo. Its head is currently off awaiting some new valves. The Supra is fun so far. Dont think its as fast as the Evo but that will be fixed soon enough! Its nice to be back in a proper sports car. Been 11 years since my last 2 seater (besides the Bug). My kid loved riding in it this morning which definitely made the purchase worth it.

Ever been inside a S2000? About the same room. I think the 350/370z have more room. I am 5'9" and the seat is almost all the way back. Head room may be an issue for you too.

C8s start at a higher price than a full option Supra. Plus dealer markups (I got $6700 off of sticker price) and the fact that they are virtually impossible to get.... With a few options and dealer markup, you are talking about a $100k car. Honestly, I am not to thrilled with their track performance (at least in auto-x). I used to have one in the same class as my Evo and I would typically beat it. They look like a handful to drive too as the backend tends to come around a lot. We will see how the Supra does at the track in 2 weeks.

I've had Two S2000's and I really didn't fit in them - wish I hadn't sold this one, it only had 15,000 Miles on it when I let it go

Very nice! I never had an AP2. Just a spa yellow AP1 that I sold with 50K miles. If you still had that thing, it would be worth gold!

I almost crashed mine multiple times! Haha. One time I spun it on the freeway doing 120mph. Somehow didnt hit anything. That was back when I was young and dumb.

Ya the prices have gone up like crazy in the past couple years. Same thing with Evos. I want to sell mine cause I can get 10k more than I bought it for 3 years ago. But then I think, will it go up another 10k in a few more years?

Hey everyone. Another update. Close to the last one on the Bug. In the past 2 months a lot has happened. No progress related to the Bug of course. Been racing the Supra a lot. Every other weekend for the most part. Also got a couple more cars. Not that I need any more. So we added a 07 Cobalt SS and 87 Jeep Cherokee to the list. Ya like I need to have 2 Cobalts.... good deals are hard to pass on. I officially have too many cars.

Anyways, at this point I am considering the Bug sold. Had a customer come in and see it sitting in the showroom. Made me an offer and now just waiting on a deposit. He is 100% serious so I know its going to happen. So ya. Thats that. Not too sure if I will be sad to see it go. Have had it over twice as long as the 2nd longest car I have owned. Haven't really driven it in 2 years.... so ya its time.

My ex finally moved out so I think its time to put the car projects to the side and move on to house projects. Garage addition is first of course!
