My 72 Build

So its been a busy two weeks with the car looks like its time to update.

Last sunday was the last race for us here in Texas scca solo and it was a super fun event. Finished second in my class and managed to get second overall in points for the championship! Not too bad for entering the season half way thru...






After the race I brought the old gal over to the shop for her final ride b4 the heart transplant...






Motor came out quite easy and the build was on.








To keep my theme of the car going I had to paint everything black.












The goodies just keep rollin in as im now just waiting for my new torque converter to drop the new motor in the car. Its been an expensive two weeks but I didn't want to go very long without driving the car. As long as everything goes according to plan motor should be in the car next week and on to its final steps of wiring.
