I'm looking forward to seeing at some future events! I haven't been out since Good Guys due to schedule constraints but I made it to 10-12 events this year. I know how ya feel about being the only CAM person- that's the way the TX Pro Solo event was this year for me.

      Nice pictures and videos!

What makes a car Cam-t? Just curious if I ever get my 95 GT into a class, what class would it fall into.

Cam-t is Classic American Muscle traditional its for American cars up to 1972
Cam-c is for the modern American cars and that's where the 95 GT would be I believe their are other classes as well for that car depending on the mods but im not too sure

The Nova looks really good in the photos. Congrats on the transformation and welcome to autocross.

I usually try to hit 1 event a month. Maybe next year we can work at coordinating events to get some friendly competition going. With soo many clubs in the area, its hard to get everyone together on the same weekend unless you're racing A LOT. I think Im going to hit the 11/15 SCCA event and then call it a year.

Better check the rules on the year cut off for -T... my '78 is always been in -T or the Vintage class for optima. GG's is the only group that cuts off at '73 that I know of. I don't much care about classes though, I just go out and run as good as I can and don't care what other cars are out there. For the Pro-Solo event I raced against a C7! I thought the optima event was really cool because it was full of older muscle cars, not just newer cars or tuners. I can only listen to so many Honda Civic's and Miata's.

I think their is an exception for body styles the go past the 72 year without changing or something... But its all in good fun anyways!

A little primer and low gloss black paint this morning... Motor looked really good when I tore it down. Very little carbon build up and oil was clean! I think ill just do some head work and put it back together.

I can't afford to pay anyone to do it for me, so it's left to free weekends for me

My cost is a couple coronas! If all you need to do is run fuel lines, brake lines and wire up the ecu we can bust that out in a weekend or two. Just let me know!
