I was told that if I put an eagle stroker kit in my 400, with my aluminum eheads I would make around 600hp? Does that sound about right?

well.... more like 550 on pump gas, but yeah feasable with good heads and a roller cam. I make 430 on a mild cam and unported stock heads using just the long tube headers and an edelbrock performer rpm intake. thats 430 at 4850 rpm.... same torque with bigger cam and ported heads should be around 550 at 5700 rpm....

Not sure on that particular one, Canton have a couple...check their site. I have their Road Race pan which is a 6 quart capacity, has baffles and trap doors for oil control. Needs Canton pickup, stock one will not work. Also has a bung on the side for a Canton dip stick if you don't want to use the factory multi piece one that runs near the crank.

btw, In the market for a new sway bar. Are the hotchkis ones able to clear the LS1 calipers? I have their 600lb big block 2" lowering springs and am installing them tonight, now i need a good sway bar.

that sucks, how the heck did that happen?

I've got LS1 brakes and a hotchkis sway bar, no clearance problems.

i was parked with a uhaul to my right. he pulled out and left pulling my bumper apart and crushing the drivrs door into a mazda. the rest is just from me not getting there yet.

installed the hellwig 1 1/8" hollow sway bar and broke my ss braided hose off when i put the car on the ground. now im waiting for stock rubber hoses to come in and looking for the impossible stock banjo bolt. the ls1 calipers run right into both stock and hellwig sway bars at full lock. 1/16" interference so no biggie. swappig calipers left to right to avoid hose interference.

finaly fixed the broken fitting. replaced the $4 -3 adapter fitting for the ss hose and swapped calipers left to right. the calipers fit no issues with the bleeders facing downward. got everything together and love it. car gas almost no left and right roll
