When I pulled the car over after it had shut down I noticed the MSD box making a humming sound. I opened up the glove box and the MSD box was so hot I could barely touch it.

After some testing at the shop they decided to put a new coil in it and mount it verticaly this time. They did that and the box stayed cool but the car still shut off after the motor warmed up. After many many many tests and phone calls to MSD...the problem was narrowed down to the distributer!! Apparently the magnetic pick up was getting heat soaked by the engine and failing. This never happened before so I am guessing the new MSD parts overpowered the weak Proform HEI distributer...no idea.

Soooo...I ended up getting this in hope to fix the problems!!

Random pic of the Baer Adjustable brake prop valve just b/c it looks awesome!!!
