Great work Bryce! Nice color combination.

In the pictures, that Blue looks real close to the color of Ron's Mustang... Will that be your exterior paint color?

By the way, do you plan to run the side body chrome moldings on the car?

Rendering? SHHH! I am going to paint it grabber blue. That is what Ron S painted his mustang. Or to be different I will paint it Buggati Blue.

I will be removing all the stainless side trim but I will keep the window trim. I will also remove the rear bumper and build a valance.

on the daily for a kid front, i have a sugestion:

older (2000-2004) subaru legacy. we finally wound up with that for our family car. managed to find one withe the 2.5 GT package, and with a bigger set of sway bars and some good brake pads, its a very fun, very comfortable, somewhat roomy daily. and they dont ever die.

No problem, my turbo 2006 Leggacy makes over 400ftlbs of torque, all it takes is a few well selected parts. 106k and still going strong.

I have had really good luck with my 98 dakota (89K miles) and my dads 97 dakota (140K miles) and my 95 mustang (145K miles). And I like having all the spare parts to swap out if necessary. HAHA.

Why dont you like SHCS, I dont like BHCS in locations where you need high fastener torque.

Actually the M10-1.25 is a hard thread pitch to find in a 10.9 grade.

I have nothing against SHCS. I actually am like you in preferring them to BHCS. I'm just not a big fan of cap screws in general. Probably because most of the ones I deal with are old and corroded and strip out relatively easily and then I have a real mess to deal with.

Yes, I gathered that after about the 10th place I tried to find them at. But I found them eventually.
