Thursday night's feast-a-thon is off but there's a BBQ/Carnivore place next to the Truck Stop that has good eats. How about those that get there Thursday afternoon/evening plan to meet up about 6pm or so.

The infamous Champs BBQ is on 7th standard and Hwy 65. Very good BBQ and about 25 miles from the track. Straight east on 7th standard, which is the next Exit south from Lerdo Hwy.

We'll be down Thursday afternoon about 4:30pm or so and will be at or near the Willow BBQ place next to the Pilot Truck Stop (I think it's Pilot). One of the hotels is on the other side of Pilot (Motel 6??) so we'll see if there's a place to park the MH overnight. Originally Posted by jeff70

Yeah - the AAS deal you register at the event first thing in the morning - pay the entry, sign up for the course work and you are good to go. If it's not too busy you can probably buy a second run card as well. Have fun - it's 28 degrees here this morning, now I really wish I was heading down right now.
