I'm glad all you guys are enjoying the show....I tell you even though I lived it its still very exciting for me because I dont know what the other teams did and went through till I see it every Tuesday with all of you.

When a team got eliminated they were sent off to LA and sequestered and supervised...if they went home everyone would know the outcome.

It was quite an emotional event the way team BMW had to leave.

Alsop had no help, he fixed it himself on the spot.

      Rich,

Do you know if the 10 sepisodes will be available for purchase on DVD 's anytime in the future? I tried to store all 5 episodes on my DVR but I didn't have enough memory to store them and record the remaining 5 shows. I would love to have all 10 episodes on DVD. I could watch it enough to warrant a need for a new DVD player because I'm sure I'd where it out just from watching the DVD so much.

I'm still amazed on how well the episodes were filmed - the whole series is a work of art how it is/was done.

All the episodes will eventually be released on DVD. I speak frequently to the producer and this is something they are definitely going to do. They quality of the production was really top notch. I know that when I got there I was simply blown away by all that was going on. Without being there it's difficult to fathom the actual scope of this project. There was like 250 crew, 85 trucks, helicopters, chase vans, equipment... etc... etc... etc... Honestly if more like a movie shoot then a TV show. Plus they then had to move EVERYTHING to next location before we got there... it was pretty crazy.

How long did it actually take to do the whole run and produce the 10 episodes?

Any bloopers or 'outakes' you can share with the fellas?

BTW, I dig the holeshot at the beginning of Bullrun done by your Charger - that is sweet!

I would be interested in the bloopers also, especially of the Mexicans! Those guys are a riot! The girl of Team Trans Am is not far behind at times.

Agreed. They have me rolling most of the time. Like talking about the twilight zone riding through the desert.

A DVD set would be cool, especially if they put a bunch of stuff they didn't show on the main episodes. Outtakes, crazy stuff, and whatever they couldn't fit into each episode would be great, I would definetly buy it!

It just heartened me that the Olds guys came in first place this past episode. This is because they were usually at the very bottom of the heap on previous episodes.

      Way to go, Old guys!!!

So when watching this latest episode I had a thought. How are they going to finish/declare a winner when it's down to the last two or three cars?

The idea of the last two cars just driving from one city to another for the win seems lame especially since that is totally dependant on reliability and navigation and not so much driver skill. I guess if the last two cars do two legs with a challenge in the middle it would be ok.

That gives me an idea. If you were a betting man and confident you could win any challenge and it's down to the last two cars so you are guaranteed the challenge then on the first leg you could go a slow as possible to get a crazy bad time and then dump it on the other guy by winning the challenge...
