We had the car tuned for mid to high RPM power, my brother took the car upto 160+ "testing" before we left and she was still pulling and that was with BFG Comp T/A tires on 15" Cutlass rims, and without the laughing gas so she was ready and willing.

After the next episode, the radios will not be used. The Lotus and F-150 need to go.

That Charger is a shining example of what we are here to do. Make these old tanks handle. Carry the flag boys, we're behind you.

Do you care to be the layer of the bricks that seal your fate? Would you rather be the architect of what we might create?

I'd like to see the truck or the Lotus go next.
Worst...the most scary horrible road I have ever been on in my life. I believe it was a 2500' drop, no reflectors and no guard rails, single lane, and it was designated a US highway!!!!!! The sign said 15mph, we were doing like 5 and even that felt fast at times. With our stiff suspension and racing tires the car was sliding all over the place, the road had grooves that caused the car to bounce across the road...I was never so scared on a road in my life. Even the camera crew was freaked out....then there was all the rock and gravel damage.....we were pissed.

Yeah I would be pretty pissed too, but at least you guys survived it! Can't wait to see what happens next week, man it's really looking like the Olds, Charger, and Trans-Am could possibly take the 3 top spots, that would be awesome! I want the F-150 to go out next week for sure!

as dumb as the F150 guys are, i cant stand the lotus guys even more............in this episode the mohawk guy tries to talk condescendingly to his partner (who is also a fat ****) calling him stupid and saying he was driving too fast to excuse his own poor navigating.

out of the olds, charger, and transam i dont really care who wins, i just dont want to see any of them get knocked out by the lotus of f150.

Man I wish you could rt-click and save those videos or that they would buffer before playing. I am on a crap-tastic hotel network and can't get the show to play w/o it stopping every few seconds.

ha ha awesome. Just watched the most recent episode. That road was pretty out of control and the commentary had me rolling.

Will be interesting to see what happens next week with the lotus using the sandbag technique.

I know it's been asked a few times but how did you guys get on the show?

Oh and it is kind of interesting that peeps from the Charger and Olds teams post here and there is so much animosity building on the show.

Last episode was a good one. The roads were terrible and as of now everyone is under the gun to try and win the 200k. From this point on it gets VERY interesting. The entire mood was actually brought down when the Mexican's left as they were really comic relief for everyone on the show.

The Charger did what it was supposed to do which was handle, brake and overall just perform. I don't think anyone on the show though it was anything more than a big shiny black car with some wheels on it when we got there... it was just cool to see it get a little respect after awhile.

I got on the show by clicking a link on one of the message boards, then applying, then submitting and audition video. The whole process was actually pretty cool.

Best of luck to the Charger & Olds. I cant get enough of what that Charger can do when it comes to handleing. And I cant leave out those sayings "Whos your daddy...", they are funny.

It was definetly a sad thing to see the Mexicans go out, but I'm really cheering for the Charger and Olds (as I'm sure everybody here is). And I must say, it really is impressive to see the Charger beating up on all the newer cars in the challenges, I really don't think anybody had a clue of what could be done to these cars, let alone what you had done. And the fact that you know how to drive it probably scares the crap out of them!!! haha. I can't wait to see what happens, but all I know is I hope the American cars stay in!!!

My hat's off to you guys to show that a late-60's Mopar can keep up with the best 21st century stuff, yea even on a road course!

Just had a chance to watch the full episode from last week. Not-fer-nuthin but Alsop hopping out of the car when they got pulled over was monumentally stupid. A great way to spend a 1/2 hour along the highway while Johnny Law searches your whole car. You never hop out of the car, never. His daughter was wrong, way-wrong. Driving with the hi-beams on is a classic tell that cops use to suss out drunk drivers. Middle of the night, in a state that is highly intolerant of alcohol.....what do you expect?

Mike handled his cop-stop like an adult.

Anyone know the nature of the Lotus guys "enterpeneurial" pursuits?

Can't wait to see what got the Ba-da-bing Brothers shorts in a wad.

Yeah I'm really interested to see what happened between the Olds and Charger to get the Olds boys so upset. It's going to be pretty crazy from here on in, and it's only going to get worse every episode! I think the Lotus is going home tonight.
