Any coupe or 4-door will fit, the frame horns (for the bumpers) may be different, but they're not too difficult to change. Wagons fit wagons, and El Caminos fit El Caminos.

I just picked this one up for $700, it has a 267 it is a Cutlass Supreme Brougham so it had all the bells and whistles power this and that!

How hard would it be to put a small black Chevy in this car? I have to keep it smog legal though (well I would like to, lol)

As easy as unbolting the 267 & bolting in a 350 + small block in..

Same motor mounts and frame mounts and all? Even if it is the Oldsmobile version of the 267? Please forgive my ignorance as this is all new to me regarding this body/frame style.

I'm pretty sure the only 267 for that year range is a Chevrolet motor, and yes, everything will bolt up. You can go with a set of Vortec heads, GMPP carbed Vortec intake with EGR, a somewhat mild cam (something like this probably), and if you can swing running a set of headers, something like these so you can keep EGR (there is no EGR built into a Vortec head). With a setup like that you'll probably have around 315-330hp.

Actually it is the olds 260, does that make it more difficult? Do I need to get the frame mounts from a Malibu?

Check out www.oldspower.com. Another G-Body Olds owner that comes to mind is Shotgun (I think he's on here, if not, he's here), he may be able to answer some of your questions.

I think you are the guy that emailed me through YouTube. As for the fuel system, try and find a fuel tank and sender from an injected Monte or Buick. Change the pump to a high pressure pump (unless you get from a turbo Buick, then use it as is). Replace the rubber lines with high pressure lines and double clamp and you are good to go.

Man, don't know how I missed this thread for all these years. Anyway I've got 2 GN's. I have an 86 with T-tops and an 87 Hardtop.
