      1971 Nova Build ??

That's a fat tire you got there Tom. One of the first used tires I bought for mock up was a Pirelli
Rosso 335/30/18 and it also measured 14 1/8" with out wheel. Didn't have 1/4" clearance even with the extra metal I cut out for the mini tubs. Let us know how they turn out for you.

LoL yea that sucker is FAT haha the tire Tom the tire ;) your tire is 5/8" wider than the 325/30/19 tire I'm using to mock up my setup. They do look sweet tho

I was looking through the forum and ran across this might help with your wheel sizing.

      1971 Nova Build ??

Thanks Tom. I have checked it out before and it does give me a pretty good idea of what to go with. I'm meeting with my friends wheel guy today to discuss making me some wheels, he says he can make the style I want. Will see how things go later.

      Thanks for the link Tom!

Kiquee- Although these wheels may not be close to what you're after, but I thought I'd share some pics of a Nova we just wrapped up in the shop. Maybe some motivation for you but also a great illustration of what stance, wheels, and tires can do for a car. Can't wait to see what you're getting!

This car came to us like this with mostly stock suspension and 17" TTs.

After a complete suspension overhaul and wheels and tires...

      1971 Nova Build ??

Thanks Ben for those pics, I've been following that build . Anyways ordered my EFI tank, fuel pump, and other stuff that goes with it so I can finish the fuel cap fab work. Also finished up talking with the guy about my wheels ;) it's a done deal. Gave them a pattern I wanted and they are going to build it for me. They are Rugotti Forged Wheels 19x11.5 rears, 19x9 fronts wrapped with Michelin PSS 325/30ZR-19 - 265/35ZR-19 tires. Satin Black Centers, polished dish & lip, hidden valve stem. Will be made to fit ZO6 front & rear brakes & calipers. It will be about a couple of weeks till they are done. Can't wait lol. Will post more and pics when I get some to put up.

      1971 Nova Build ??

Started on the fuel fill cap this weekend, waiting to get the gas tank to finish the rest of the plumbing. The fuel fill cap came out ok, but the guys who are going to do the body work will love me lol. Not bad for the first time. More to come later.

      1971 Nova Build ??

A little update for now, new rubber came in so I took them to the wheel shop.

Also they finished up the centers of the wheels and on their way to get drilled and powder coated. Looks like sometime next week they should be done. Have to say after seeing the centers I can't wait that long. LOL. EFI tank will be here tomorrow, things have busy so haven't had time to work on the Nova. Will keep updating as soon I can.
