Now with the trans installed and the rear end installed I could finally measure for a drive-shaft! I chose to go with a DynoTech 3.5" 6061 Aluminum unit with 1350 ends. This was almost too pretty to install under the car!!!

Here's the T56 trans installed with the GForce T56 crossmemeber for gbody cars.

Here are the measurements for my custom build drive shaft.

      And here it is!!!!

I love the look and stance of your Carlo. Those wheels really set it off nicely.

Fantastic- I have a question with my 78 monte I'm building re: driveshaft selection. I'm putting in a strange engineering axle, was going to have them build the driveshaft once I get trans in and measured. What's the thing to know on selection from carrier? Anyone heads and tails better than others? Why? Thanks. Love this build,

I went with DynoTech b/c a lot of the people that autox and participate in the event run these driveshafts....so that's why I went with them. I got the 1350 yokes and the nice aluminum shaft for strength.

Congratulations on both Marrage and the new house. The drive shaft looks nice and beefy.

I've had that happen by them in the past. I've been using postimage.org. Just have to watch for any links they add in there when you post a picture. I usually have to remove that junk out of the picture link.

I forgot they started doing that. I didn't want to pay just to post pictures. Imageshack I think started doing that too.

It still fails if you don't have a FB account. Though I can at least see the tree if I look quickly enough.

May I ask, is this reservoir the same size as the plastic one?

Back side of the pump and reservoir.

Spring clips on top and bottom that hold on the reservoir.

Reservoir is off and I now see what Chris was talking about....

This is the o-ring that seals the reservoir to the pump. I was pulling on the reservoir when I was trying to tighten the belt. This was causing the o-ring to get pinched and ripped just slightly...but under high pressure it was leaking. Now I know...DOH!!!!

Thanks goes out to Chris Jones @ Jones Racing Products for puting up with me and steering me towards the light!!!!!
