Beautiful cars. Your 74 is almost exactly what I want my 74 to look like, color and all. Just have decide what to do with the T-tops that someone had installed at the dealer.

Good looking Pontiac. What is the backspace on the front and rear? Is the rear end stock width or narrowed?

Years ago (92-93) there was a 74 in San Antonio in a similar color set up for pro touring before pro touring was a thing. Color was amazingly close and it rode on black mesh 3rd gen (87-92) wheels. It had a 455 in it at the time and was really a badass car. I can't get over how similar they are. I think the owners name was Dave.

I bought the speedtech motor mounts and tranny mounts all worked well..intake is to high, so I oreded the short verison, I will keep the tall one for my Truck.. The mock up motor made it SOOOO easy... Its light as hell

I agree- I was hesitant on the white fenderwells but it really does look nice and modern.

Man, Im feeling dumb... what is Torsion bar rating??

Here are the specs.. from the box itself..

These Resto-Boxes feature quick ratio 12:1 or variable 13-16:1 gearing and sport valving found in our Billet boxes but in an OEM style trim. We use OEM 4 bolt top covers and OEM end caps and add an OEM-look finish. This is the perfect box for the restorer looking for a high performance box while retaining the original factory look.

      Fitment is as follows:
      12.7:1 ratio
3 bolt L pattern inside the frame mounting
      SAE 11/16 Flare Pressure fitting
      SAE 5/8 Flare Return fitting
      13/16-36 spline input

The torsion bar is a part of the valve assembly in the box; the smaller the bar the lighter the steering. The bigger the bar the firmer (or more road feel). Here is a good article:
