he's fed up over the way management is treating him- you know, wanting him to do the work of 3 people with 20 years of CNC experience, but with the pay of a McD's burger flipper .. but isn't that the case everywhere?
i'll take the low pay for a while if it means i can get some paid on the job training to give me more options in the job marketplace and new skills to make cool stuff for my cars..
