G code Lathe help with Radius

Well, not quite? I make 22.00 a hour at my dayjob. I have 10 years on Featurecam, 4 years on mastercam...... I usually can do the work of three people, computers are amazing. I also run my own CNC shop out of my shed. I just get sick of it sometimes? I own my own Featurecam, just for the cool stuff. I too started at 5.00 a hour. Just never say.....I will for more money; My attitude has always been, Try your hardest, show what you can do..... then the money will come. I have kind of quit making custom anythings. With two kids and a bad back I try to avoid my shop and I am unable to work at my dayjob. Hopefully these epidural blocks will straighten me out some. Good luck; Machining can be a rewarding career; but a lot of headaches to get to the top. I am a 13 year Journeyman Tool and Die maker. I have seen the good the bad and the UglY!. Somebody will pay you what you are worth, you just need to find a boss that appreciates your talents.

But, I haven't accepted a custom job in 3 years? I am just way too busy with production maintenance for my biggest customer; Alcoa.
