just a small up date i have ben working on getting ,my rear brake setup to work with the moser rear and finalyy got the bolts made that worked great. so with that said the Qa1 that i installed and some more parts that i got powder coated and he hooked me up and blaster and coated them for 350$ i dont think thats bad?? and i also got my tank back from rockvalley.com and they do great work i didn coat all of it as its stainless so it wont rust anyway and didnt want to mess with a good seal on the sender thay made for me.

and for those of you that know the lower grill on the late sec gens are solid so i cut these holes in the front bumper so i can trim all the holes on the lower grill for air flow. and lst a few pounds LOL

Yes just bought my first home about 3 months ago. had to get stick some money in the house to get it where i wanted it. I still have been buying parts for the car. Just got a complete AAW bumper to bumper harness for the car and my Recaro seats in last month and I will be wiring the car and running brake lines soon. I will have the car on the road in the spring! I also had a issue with my headers hitting the trans cross memeber but contacted brp and the sent me a new one out that should take care of the issue.

I also bought a 2010 civic si sedan last year and payed that off in 23 months so I could eliminate all my bills before I bought the house so that took most of my fun money away last year lol stay tuned for some updates soon

Car looks great. What kind of wheels are those? Forgelines?
Just finished putting the Vintage Air system in myself.
Pretty straight forward install. Everything fit like a glove.
      Good luck.

Yes they are Forgeline WC3's, I hope my vintage air is smooth, its for a 70-73. They do not make a direct fit for a 79 but it should be close.

And the most important question is: have you mounted the fuel vent yet? Any pics?

Just a little update, I have the mini tubs in and done most of the vintage air installed and just got all the four link stuff finished and put back under the car. Still need to run back over it all and install the rear sway bar but for the most part its done, Kinda a lot of work lol...

The spec on the rear wheels and tires are 18*12 with 5.5bs and 335/30 tire
I figure someone will ask haha, Its a ride tech four link with weld on brackets and a rear end width of 56.25 axle flange to flange, ( but measure yours if you afe doing this).

If you have any questions just ask and I will do my best to answer them, after all thats what this is all about.

Now on to the stuff that matters

I used UPOL spray in liner on the wheel tubs, trunk and floors this stuff is very easy to apply and I think it looks great.

I have the lines real close to where I want them and will do a finall ajustment when I put the fenders on,

This was a pain not much room to get to the bulk head but it can be done, I mounted the heater hose valve on the back on the unit so you cant see it and also mounted the dryer on the fire wall behind the inner fender

Sorry I cant get the pics to rotate...

love the ride!!! your year and make is one of those cars that every guy wants to build. How did you like ridetech fourlink and would you use them again. i am looking into putting that setup in my buddies 70 nova. I run shockwaves in my turbo 66 skylark but havent finished plumbing up the car.
      gd luck on the build

How do you like the ridetech stuff? Did it go in pretty easy? What AC setup are you running?
