Things are progressing nicely. Although I'm about ready to run out of funds again. I got the header panel and grill installed. Never thought I see the day. I really want to fire it up but I have to re- due the radiator tubes. I made some changes along the way and now they don't seem to fit anymore. Hopefully I can remake them in the next couple of weeks so I can fire it up.

Thanks Jeff! I've been thinking about it. It would be pretty cool to see the cars together! By the way your car is looking killer. I think I saw that you said you and wife took it for a drive. Very cool!

Jay I would really enjoy both cars at Columbus,I did take a short ride for a couple miles, still need front alignment but it was very impressive on the road.

Thanks Jerry! We sure did. Hey, I don't know if you know this or not but the Cruising Downtown show is this Saturday. Looks like it's going to be a nice day for it.

Only got one outside picture. Took it to a local show along with Jeffs blue 69 but I forgot to take some pictures while it was outside.

I haven't fired it up yet. Still have a few loose ends to finish up. Had to kind of put it on the back burner for a while as we have a lot going on in the shop right now. I'm sure I'll having it running in the next month or 2. As long as i have it done for next spring I'll be happy.

What brand are your rear tailights? They look good. Are you running LEDs with them too?

The tail lights are Marquez Design's. I like them a lot! Just regular bulbs, I'm not a big fan of the LED's. I always thought they looked a little funny. That's just my opinion.

I still hold true to my word. One of he best builds yet. By the way, I know it's probably a moot point, but when your finished would you be willing to donate it to me? I would even give you my'68 to start on again. lol

      Clamps?

Quick question...where did you get the standoff clamps for the brake lines? The ones where the "T" fitting is connected to on the front brake lines?

Also, the clamp for the fuel lines where the soft lines connect to the hard lines just underneath the floorboard by the firewall?

James I still think this is one of my favorite builds. Do you have any clearance shots how far the headers hang below the subframe. I Purchased some headers and not really that happy with the ground clearance. Here is a shot of what I am talking about.

Thanks Scott. My headers look about the same. I'll see if I can find a picture.

I absolutely love your build it's so clean and the attention to detail is incredibale. Do do happen to have anymore pics how the fuel log is plummed. Does the fuel lines come out of the fuel log and go braided line to the main fuel feed to give it some play so there's no chance of stressing the hard line ? And also do you mind telling where you bought it ?
