Thank you for being so loyal. You have to understand the frustration I have been experiencing to get this project off the ground. The biggest push I had was when my wife told me to just do it! I have to admit, she is my biggest supporter…
My real motivation came when I got the opportunity to buy this tired old 396... I cannot let this dude sit around wasting away. It needs to be running.

As you can see FGC, I am still going BBC.
I am FINALLY on short hours (40) at work and just decided to jump in and get something done! This last weekend I got the jig tables cleaned off and, with the help of a friend, we got most of the front half jigged up and welded Sunday. Having no power Monday is just more frustration thrown on the pile...
I will post up some chassis pics as I get time. I plan to work on this as much as I can and I will try to post updates from work. Home time is going to be build time...
