Will you come to CA when the time comes to wire my car?

Every car that we do, we run a ground from the chassis of the starter, the chassis of the alternator all to one spot on the block, we then make sure that the block is well grounded to the frame, we then make sure that the frame is well grounded to the battery and the main car body is well grounded to the battery.

Every piece of electronics or electrical connection has to be grounded where it is at in the car............you have to ask yourself if everything is properly grounded or are they trying to find ground thru whatever they can.

Case in point, most stereo shops will not bother grounding out their radios because it works when you plug in the antenna (antenna is grounded to the car).............is this right ? Hell no...............most will use the ground that is in the factory harness, is this right ? Depends on the current draw of that deck.............safe bet is to always ground it to metal.............
