OK Andrew , GMail tries to download but it can't as it "exceeds the attachment limit". I've clicked on "save to files" and chosen "ICloud drive" but it seems to only download audio . By the way I have an Iphone 7 . I'm surprised that I can screw in a light bulb ! lol .

Today was bumper day , these cars didn't have modern day bumpers that's for sure . Shaving the bumper bolts was the prime objective . Job done . Milestone day , the car actually backed out of the shop and into daylight !!! not pushed but put into reverse and actually driven !!!. She is dirty , I didn't wash her because I'm waiting on my order from CJ Pony parts. In my order are two seals that attach to the vent windows , which I thought that I had ordered . So I wait for them to be delivered , they should arrive Monday. Guess what ? I ordered them three years ago and I found them this afternoon !. It's funny how time flies when you're in the shop working away talking to yourself and before you know it it's getting dark and you realize that you haven't eat'n and the thought of ordering a pizza is heaven !.

I honestly felt like I was going to puke while I was drilling holes in this sheet metal that I spent so much time trying to make perfect.

Obviously when drilling put some tape down but another trick is to spin the drill backwards until it goes through the paint and then drill as normal. It'll help keep from chipping the paint.

The bumpers have been stripped , bolts shaved , and second stage of filler and sanding. The plan is to paint them body color this weekend. I played with the idea of black bumpers but silver they will be.

Agree that silver will look best!! Can't wait to see the car with bumpers and the front grill treatment with those headlights!
