definitely interested in seeing those morris lights! looking for some for the 69 valance that became one with my 72 chevelle bumper! I was wondering if you could get them as fogs only... now I know, thanks!

Morris Classic Concepts actually adds the amber bulb to the assembly for the 69.
I just called them to ask them if we could get it done that way. They were very accomodating!
I will mount the lights in the valance and take pics immediately!
All these parts make it hard to wait, but at least I will be able to finish the car as I envisioned, without comprimise.
The lights are 55 watt halogens. I will be using them as driving lights and will be on their own circuit.
The switch actually shows what color is being illuminated by the halo. Coolest lights EVER!!

A couple of additions

Morris Classic Concepts lights. Had trouble fitting these. Pretty sure the valance mounting was off. Had to flip the visor for the light. Think I will powder coat the stainless visor for the lights to help them blend in. The lights are very good quality with glass lenses. The color of the led halo ring can be controlled from inside the car.



PSI Conversions LS3 engine harness. This was a real bargain. Made to order $549! Only three wires to integrate into vehicle harness. No emission wiring,etc. Wires are lengthened to mount the ecm behind the dash. The harness has a really nice, sliding rubber firewall grommet for a waterproof seal.

The Morris lights comewith a polished metal shroud(bracket) that surround the lights. The part of the shroud that looks like a visor (sticks out) is supposed to mount mount in the hole in the valance facing up. It stuck way out when I mounted that way,so i inverted it. I am convinced that it is the aftermarket valance mounting points causing the issue. I had to elongate the mounting holesin the valance, and sand off some material to make it work. It looks good now.I am okay with the shroud being inverted, as it is just a gap filler. I will powder coat the shroud black and be done with it.

I've heard there was some trimming neccesary.. My bumper is already painted. Thanks for sharing your experience to help me make my decision!

Lord knows I've hit many road bumps and have re mapped my project more than once.

Working on door gaps. Setting them at 3/16". Sliding the smooth end of a 3/16'" drill bit through the gap for consistency. We are also taking measurements at several points down the gaps.



Getting close. I installed new door hinge hardware on both doors to make sure they hung properly.

Waiting on Fesler to ship the hood hinges.
Should be very soon.
We are then panel fitting all the Carbon Fiber components including
front valance ,header panel, hood, cowl panel, trunk lid and rear spoiler.
Will also fit the bullet mirrors at the same time. Smoothing firewall as well.

I owned a 2007 Z06 before this car. Cant imagine needing more stopping power.
I did, however add a hydroboost, just for good measure. I hope to make this car
as cool as my Z06 was. Simply amazing cars!

I am adding an Eforce supercharger, so looking between 610-650rwhp.
Already have a blower cam(114 LSA for driveability), dual springs,etc.
You generally don't see high power and clean together, so trying to make
this one a little different.

no big deal. the bigger retro wheels look great on old cars. what exact size were yours? looked like 18's to me.
