      Driverzinc feedback

I see Driverz inc is a sponsor here. I was curious how your experience was with them and if they treated you well. Did they get your wheel package out in a timely manner?

      Thanks

As a customer who has ordered 4 sets of wheels/tires plus some accessories from Jon Henson,I can attest to the fact that the man knows of what he speaks...and what fits.

While there are many great vendors who advertise on this site and others like it,I can assure you won't find anyone in this biz who will work harder to earn your business on each and every sale.

      Enough said...?

I've purchased 3 sets of wheels & tires through Driverz Inc. and have nothing but goods things too say about them. I have dealt with both Jon & Justin, two great guys who know their business. If your looking for a set of wheels for your ride that will fit the first time and get to you in a timely manner, look no further. If there is any kind of problem with your wheels or tires, they will go out of their way to make it right. I highly recommend them to you with no hesitation at all since I will never purchase wheels anywhere else!

Awesome people, great follow through---nothing but postive things to say about them. Purchase all my tires and wheels through them--for my daily drivers as well--also purchased my Bear Brakes through them--. PM me if you have specific questions and I'd be glad to answer. I HIGHLY reccomend them.

From start to finish (or soup to nuts as us Italians like to say),you'll be taken care of and will be kept abreast, especially now that Jon has Justin to keep things running smoothly.

If you're looking for great selection, excellent competitive pricing on complete tire/wheel packages delivered to your door ready to mount and bullet-proof fitment advice on what will work for your car,Driverzinc is your source for wheels/tires,suspension and a whole lot more.

No,this isn't a paid ad lol,I just really like what Jon has done for this community through the years and I'd like to see him succeed in his venture.I've just had stellar service each and every time as others have attested to and I'm sure you will to.

Curious first post. . . but anyways.

Treated very well. During a business trip in Orange County, I made time to check-out their store. The drive from Anaheim to Corona during the late afternoon took FOR-FREAKIN'-EVER! I arrived at their shop 15 minutes before closing. I had a vision for my project and Justin and Jon were very accommodating about answering questions from some chump off the street kickin' tires (literally) a few minutes before closing. I was impressed enough with their knowledge, professionalism, and candor to buy my wheel package on the spot- 30 minutes past closing.

Yes. I believe my wheel package was shipped in a timely manner after they received the wheels. If they're not shipping order, they're not billing customers and making money.

Whether or not the manufacturer is meeting standard or quoted lead times is a different topic. Schedule delay is common practice with customized anything. Quality (good), cost (cheap), schedule (fast)- pick two.

If the order was less than two weeks late, I'd shrug it off as sign that Driverz has a bumper crop of work and the boys are doin' good. Greater than two weeks indicates a break in the supply chain, which hurts their business. From the customer point-of-view, how the store manages the break and communicates issues to me are most important.

I was proactively notified when my wheels arrived at their store and provided a tracking number after they shipped. There really isn't any more meat to this subject.

My experience was also positive. Good guys to deal with, great product. My order was a little show in getting shipped, but that was more about availability than anything else. It happens with any kind of custom part. Most important to me is that their advice as to custom backspacing and sizing was spot on.

I think the question you need to ask is if people would buy from them again. In my case the answer is a resounding yes.

Thanks for the compliments guys. As a younger, business owner, trying very hard to keep things going in hard times as these, word of mouth is all we can really depend on, and myself and Justin do try very hard. We know more importantly that it takes "two to tango" and good customers are just as big a part of good customer service as the vendor. Once in a great while, do "things" happen.. of course they do. This is real life. But if anything does come up, we do try to fix it, regardless if we are not in control of the situation, we'll do anything we can to make you guys, the end user happy. Thanks for the compliments folks. I personally really needed to hear some good feedback. I'm dealing with one customer right now... whoo, let me tell you. Wheels took 6.5 weeks when we quoted 6, and all of sudden, I'm the devil.

Guess that one goes under the heading of you can't please them all...no matter how hard you try.
From the sounds of the feedback posted here,I'd say your success rate is fairly high...

Okay, I figured out who Adam is.... must be Adam Frieden.

      Adam,
I apologize if I spelled your last name incorrectly. Justin is out today, and was out part of the day yesterday afternoon when we shipped your Billet Specialties wheels, and FOR THE LIFE OF ME, I CANT READ HIS CHICKEN SCRATCH. My shipper in the back who mounts and balances came up and said, does this look like the right email? "[email protected]". If not, that is the address I could best read, and the address our FEDEX system attempted to email you this tracking number: 09927526000132 which is the master number for all four packages, and is also the email address I sent your formal invoice too from our accounting system.

      Enjoy your wheels.

Sounds like the guys were on it. It never hurts to pick up the phone if you have a question, things tend to get misconstrued when emailing or posting on a public forum.
