      I got a question:

My fuel pump is being a against me.
It should turn on when i turn on the ignition (Elec. Fuel pump), but it starts WHEN my engine starts.
That means I have to prime it before i can start it...

      Any ideas?

Anyone know how I can bend 5mm ALU? (Without the "breaking" part ;P)

Do i have to heat it or will it crack then?

Lost my spirit to even work on the car now...

I turn on the ignition, and nothing happens in the dash, just lights and wipers works. (Wipers stop in the middle of the frontwindow now, NO IDEA why...)

I though my wiring wasn't bulletproof, so I removed the dash and checked if the dash wires got power from the battery. NOTHING, zero, nada, Just out of the sky I lost all power to the dash.

How could that happen? My wipers and Dash worked perfect untill today... The wipers used to go back to "start" pos. after I turned it off.

Well, my battery is almost dead, but i cranked the engine and still no power.

I seem to have destroyed my wires to the dash, without doing anything.

      I didn't even find a broken fuse!

      Any ideas?

Perhaps a bad connection between the fuse and the fuseholder (fuseholder corroded??). I had the same problem with my car.

Otherwise I would think of an internally damaged wire (or wires).

It's not corroded, It all started when i turned on all the lights. I noticed that the blue light (for full-light) didn't work, then the gauge etcetc.

      Irritating as hell...

just use your multimeter and starting moving backwards from the dash to the battery. there are only so many points there where the circuit could be broken.

make sure you have a good body ground, and the dash is grounded to the body well.

It's the wires straight from the fusebox, they got no power at all, and there is no broken fuse(s) "/

Well, I see hope, my wipers are working again now, installed a window/wiper-washer : )

I'm assuming the fusebox has power if other things are working?

make sure the fuse contacts are not corroded, and test the fuses with your multimeter just to make sure they're good. i've had fuses that looked good but weren't.

if all else fails, you might need to pull the fuse box to find the break.

      did you check grounds?

      Dash back in (again):
