The document for the Dakota Digital PAC-2750 http://www.dakotadigital.com/pdf/pac-2750.pdf makes a reference to the "PAC-PWM-1 module for variable speed control of a fan (this takes the place of the fan low relay)" but then never mentions it again, and I can't find any other reference to that product anywhere through Google....
I sent them a question through their website.
