Hi Nelson I have no idea what I am doing on the flush glass! On the job training as usual, and like you said not much info for the best way to go about it.
Did you check out the Judge with the flush glass that Mike took pictures of (back on post #150) done by G3 Rods Rapid City, SD they did some nice work.
I e-mailed them and they said they brought the glass up 1/8", I am going to weld in filler strips for the sides of the windshield and back glass. Bent up a sample today to test the shape.





Back, I will be shooting for a 1/8" gap
