Hey Paul,
That's a cool toolbox hold down tray you built.
I'm impressed with how good the paint looks on that steel.
Can you enlighten a newbie?
What did you use to prep and paint the steel.
It looks so clean and smooth.

I'd appreciate any insight I can get!

But it's just self-etching primer and satin black paint. Both out of a rattle can. Duplicolor.
