Let me see if it will work and I will post some pics. It will be going on my Olds Custom Cruiser wagon. For the front bumper I am simply going to cut out the lower section just inside the blinkers. Then add some material below the lower portion except where it has been removed that way I have an opening that I will duct directly to the radiators and coolers. For the rear diffuser I am real lucky as my tank is well forward of the rear bumper. So I can cut out a center section of the lower rear bumper and angle whatever lightweight material from the bottom of the tank upwards to the rear bumper.

Are you blocking the grill area off? What size ducts through bumper? Are you closing off sides, top, and bottom in front of radiator? Why not open up lower valance in center and duct to radiator?

The top is already mostly blocked off. Should be fully sealed soon at I an going to just hood locks and taking out the hook and hood latch as well as the center brace that it partially bolts to. As for what and how much get's blocked off I am not quite sure yet. It will have a full splitter going back to under the radiator. The sides will also be closed off to make a sealed duct to the radiator. But sealing up the grill will depend on if the cooling is ok. I know alot of these cars tended to be bottom feeders for cooling so with blocking all that off I am worried it might not get enough air. Esspecially if I go forced air and use an intercooler behind the bumper opening.

That kit comes with the duct boot that I am going to put in the valance. For $129.00 I will by it. It will save me alot of time for one, and for two, my garage is way cramped.

The money I was supposed to use to build my 24'x36' shop next to the house went to my car.

Check out "427 Aluminum Block Engine Install" in Project Updates. The first post shows plans of shop I was supposed to build.
