My wife had that done about 1 1/2 years ago. She has lost about 100 lbs., much more energetic, and she is thrilled at the way she looks. Just remember to listen and do what your doctor says, and food if fuel, not a social, or emotional item. It has helped me too, because now we split meals when we go to dinner, and things like that.

Keep up the good work, it is a constant battle.

Do you still believe in all the things that you stood by before? Are you out there on the front lines, or at home keeping score?
Do you care to be the layer of the bricks that seal your fate? Would you rather be the architect of what we might create?

      Nice progress.
As someone mentioned, think of food as fuel.

None of us would put junk in our car's tanks, but we fill our own tanks with crap on a daily basis. Veggies and protein are where it's at, C-16 for the human body.

Thanks all again... Will change sig.

Love the new signature. Very appropriate .
I'm betting you are already finding it easier to do things that were damn near impossible to do before.
Keep us posted. It's always a pleasure to share in someones progress and success.
