If you burn up 30 amp relays with cooling fans then the m otors are junk.
If it has dual fans simply use 2/ 30 amp relays from local carquest, simply crimp ,solder and shrink tube the connections (crimp terminals) going to it. They also do sell relay plugs but I usually just do my own wiresm then tape the hand made harness.
Feed a 30 amp maxi fuse to each relay you can tie the appropriate terminal (usuallu 85 or 86) to the hot wire AND to hot feed of the relay, then simply wire in the fan to the appropriate normally open or normally closed terminal and the ground for the relay pull in circuit to what ever you use to activate it.
I like either the adjustable units for fans or temp switchs.
