Electrical advice PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

Imnot sure if this would be more suited for the coolong section, but here it goes. I havent heard anything from DCCONTROLS after a week and a half or so... so I am needing a method of hooking up my Taurus fan. The link below has what looks like a simple way to control a fan, but seems like the relays are a little weak for the taurus fan. My questions can I simply replace the 30amp relay included with a 75 amp relay and be done with it? Here is the link to what I am looking at:

PLEASE let me know if my idea will work or if I need to pony up $$$$$ for something like the Dakota Digital unit.
