Thanks buddy, I started one for my 69 also but haven't been doing much to either car right now. I need to fix some things on my 01 and 89 when I get back home and as soon as I decide where I'm moving and get settled in the 67 is coming apart.

Been workin on the 67 lately. Took all this off

      Making way for this finally

Decided to do the AC, radiator and belt drive all at once. Condensor assembled and installed

Radiator mounting tabs are wider than the stock ones so I'm still working on making new holes.

March set up is all in. One thing I like about this is the way the belt is routed you can use everything with or without power steering and you just need a different belt. So for now I'll run it w/o power steering until I get the front suspension built later on.

Ron Davis radiator I bought used off the forum. No over flow tank so I'll figure that out later. The serp system is a March Style Track.

T, did you had a hard time with the two screws closest to the grille when removing the fender?

If you're talking about the 2 phillips head screws up top then yes. I had the fenders off this thing in high school and couldn't get those out so I just left the little filler pieces attached to the fender and took those off the core support

Well evap assembly is in. Later on I'll do something fancy with the firewall

I knew I wouldn't like the vents with the kit so I had them send me reproduction Firebird vents too, but I'm not really liking them much either.

Anyone got any suggestions for some good looking vents? I kinda like the newer Mustang and F150 style vents. Seen the billet specialties vents but don't love those either. Audi TT vents are kinda cool lookin. If I don't find something I'll use the original style vents but I figure I'll look before I go cutting holes.

It doesn't take too long, the main part that would keep it undrivable for a while would be having the fender off to get the heater box out and put the new block off plate in. You could have most of it done in a saturday and if you weren't totally finished you could easily be driving it again on Monday while you finish the hoses and wiring and stuff. If you don't have a crimper for the hoses you'd have to find someone to crimp them for you and take it to a shop to have a vacuum pulled on it and charge it. I don't have a crimper but EVCO House of Hose does and crimps them cheap, and I can charge it here at the shop.
