Depending on what tire he's running its just due to over all Diam. of the tire...I'm still thinking on putting 20's and 22's on my 65'gto. From me thinking 19's and 20's on it I would go with a wider tire 345/25/20 it's about 27"s tall if i go 22's i'd go 295/25/22 and its about 28"s tall

Got a couple new pictures today. Got the Retrotek Speed Pushbutton Shifter installed, and got a couple cleaner pictures of the motor.

I was wondering about your trans crossmember. Is there any benefit to making the tubular pieces attached to the frame to attach the crossmember to? I am planning to make a better crossmember after I box my frame but I really didn't know how I was going to do it yet?

MirandaBuilt made the crossmember that way to stiffen the chassis a little more, and also because the shorter the crossmember is, the less it can flex.
