      We're in CA - shipping may be a problem LOL

      In my opinion - Anything can be done and any location. It is simply the skills employed by the workers. Do I think I am capable of building such a car ? Yes. Would I want to ? No. It is not "my thing" but I could do it. It is a time consuming process which some people do not understand - If a customer brought me a Cuda and dropped $200K and said get it back to him within 2 years you can bet your ass I could built a PT car...

      Simple Equasion... Time + Money = Great results

      Well, I was giving him what he is asking for, detail.

      your right, if we did not spend the 100 hours replacing panels, that could go towards the 400 for the frame and fab work for floors, sheetmetal, and details, etc. Obviously EmptyNest has a lot of fab in those couple thousand hours, but I would only suspect this kind of stuff is what my friend 69Pony is looking for.

      Maybe something like this........

      i would have thought you had more time in the panels and body work then that. I cant wait to see the car completed. I know it will be sweet as usual!!! I hope you get this build. I would like to see what you can do with a mustang. I used to own one and it is one of my favorites!!!

      Frank - I was thinking a Morrison G5 frame with coilover fronts and 4 link rear wrapped around my Moser 9" (that sounded "funny"!) or maybe air ride all around. The only real body work would be removing the shock towers and smoothing the engine bay, replace the drivers torque box and fill in the front light bucket and rear bucket lines.

      I would want big discs all around, power rack, power windows/doors, shave the handles, replace glass, work the hood (do something to keep the shaker look). The engine needs to be injected. I want a good paint job of course but probably would pass on the mach decals.

      For a look at all my pics check this out;

      10 pages from the day I bought it to adding the new tranny, rear, Cal-tracs and ET's this summer.

      We are building a new line of cars that includes a 69-70 mustang fastback. We debut the cuda and camaro within the line at SEMA in a few weeks. Our mustang prototype will begin being built right after SEMA. Our new line is called Modern Muscle. It includes two styles of cars; one is a super car series that uses an Art Morrison chassis and the other series is called the muscle car series. That one will have weld in Heidt's front suspension and rear suspension in it. I would be happy to discuss this as an option for you. Please feel free to call me at 813-789-6179 or send me a message.

      Thanks

      Frank, We have not set our prices yet as we are not done with the builds yet. I think the supercars will start in the $250,000 neighborhood depending on the type of car and options. Cudas will be more than mustangs and camaros. There is so much more work that goes into a Morrison chassis car. I would not recommend them to an inexperienced or novice builder. If you know what you are doing they are truly awesome. The stance on our cars is unbelievable......
