During this cold crappy winter I got some good news! Its been quite a while sense my last update. This is a good one. I got some great news from Mike at MCC yesterday. The car is close to being done. He had told me he would take care of me for the extra time he took doing the car, but this is way more than I expected. The car was supposed to get the EDP stripped and epoxy primed. I didn't have the money to have Mike prep it for paint. So He's going to prep it for paint for me to make up for the extra time he's had it. When I get it back it will only need blocking and paint and the body will be done. Plus he said were square on what I owed him. I can't beleive it. He contacted me a few weeks ago and asked if I needed the trans tunnel raised for the T 56. I asked him how much it would be to do it because I saw that Rich ( 67ragtp) needed the extra room.. He said he would take care of it. This will help me out so much.
Mario ( Doom on lat.g) has offered to help me out with the materials to paint the car, I don't know how to thank him. It feels like this is finnaly going to come together.

Congrats on the progress!! I know you've got to be pumped to get your car back home...

It sounds like your builder is treating you right. It's nice to know there are still some good guys left out there...

Ray The garage was done last Friday just waiting for last inspection. Its only bare minimun inside but its a place to keep the car!

I picked up an old bench top blast cabinet for $20 that needs a glass and some work. I'm going to play around with that when I finnish my honey do list in the house. I need to finnish buttoning up from the garage build. painting and some mouldings.

Those are still at MCC ,but yes I have a room with my fish tank that is my semi man cave it has my kiesler 6spd kit in it. But I try not to remind her its there. lol

I got a pick up date for the car. April 21-23 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As I told someone when I heard the news

Well guys April is gone but there's a new pick up date for the car, June 30th. The wife is leaving for her sisters house mid June for three weeks so I'll be on my own when its ready.
