My nickname was Schleprock all weekend. Burned up the tranny in my truck on the way to meet the guys at the shop to leave on thursday morning. Jumped in Brets mustang with him and made 3 descent laps on saturday before we blew the motor up. Jumped over the retaining wall smack dab in the middle of a pile of fire ants while we were waiting for the roll back ( of everything on Gods green earth... the only thing I am "really" allergic to is ants). Jumped in the Camaro ( which I was driving and responsible for the whole weekend) parked it at the motel and it gets ripped off Sunday night..... I am surprised they did not stick me in a straight jacket, blindfold me and put me in the trailer just so I did not touch anything else. Well... they say that bad luck comes in three's so atleast I knocked all of mine out of the way in one weekend. So here it is in a nutshell

      Tranny Thursday morning.... $1600.00
      Blown Motor......................$20,000.00
Fire ants...........................$6.00 bottle of benedryl and four days and nights of pain.
      Camaro.............................$70,000.00

Seeing the look on my face coming over the hill for the first time on the last turn at road atlanta at God knows how fast...... $Priceless

That's what he told me as well.. Here's a link to a story where they tested his pump and found it to run cooler than stock.

What did he say about fluid type?

the pressure line would probably destroy the cooler they're designed to handle lower pressures, not to mention if it's a plate fin cooler (radiator style) wouldn't the bends in the cooler line slow the fluid and make the steering stiff and unresponsive?

This car is just sick. we hit 140 on the back straight away with very little effort. It sticks in the corners like glue. What a blast!!!
