You don't have any type of download accellerator do you? I know the way they make web browsing faster is to lower resolution of the pictures... is it just online or is it anything on your computer

ok if it is internet explorer then there could be a few things causing this... you could try, With IE open, click on Tools, Internet Options. Select Delete Files to clear your cache. Now go to the Advanced tab. Scroll down to Multimedia. Find Use Smart Image Dithering. Make sure there is a checkmark in the box. Click on OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.

or another common problem like this is....
If you experience jagged images when viewing large images within Internet Explorer, IE's "Automatic Image Resizing" is probably enabled. To disable this, open Internet Explorer, click Tools, click Internet Options, then click the Advanced tab. Remove the check next to "Enable automatic image resizing" under the "Multimedia" heading.

also what internet company do you use?

I found out what to do.

Right click the MSN Accelerator icon in your system tray and set the level to “none”.

"Acceleration" determines how pixelated and compressed the images become...

apparently MSN has a built in accellerator

ok... you have the bar with the star button on it.. do you see the box with the clock in it?? down there should be an icon for something like MSN or MSN accelerator.. and right click on it.. then it should have an option for that..
