12-15-2006 #7Do you use internet explorer.. or do you use mozilla firefox? what is the program called you view the web pages with?
12-15-2006 #8MAYBE INTERNET EXPLORER ?
i have a icon on my main screen for thatThe Voices in my head tell me i need more cars
12-15-2006 #9ok if it is internet explorer then there could be a few things causing this... you could try, With IE open, click on Tools, Internet Options. Select Delete Files to clear your cache. Now go to the Advanced tab. Scroll down to Multimedia. Find Use Smart Image Dithering. Make sure there is a checkmark in the box. Click on OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.
or another common problem like this is....
If you experience jagged images when viewing large images within Internet Explorer, IE's "Automatic Image Resizing" is probably enabled. To disable this, open Internet Explorer, click Tools, click Internet Options, then click the Advanced tab. Remove the check next to "Enable automatic image resizing" under the "Multimedia" heading.
also what internet company do you use?

12-15-2006 #11I found out what to do.
Right click the MSN Accelerator icon in your system tray and set the level to “none”.
"Acceleration" determines how pixelated and compressed the images become...
apparently MSN has a built in accellerator
