      Possible rotor issue?

Here is a video of what is happening with my new Baer 6P 14" kit. This side to side motion is happening on both the drivers side and passenger side. The lug nuts are on tight and the rotor has no play in it. Any ideas or is this normal?

Are you sure the rotor holes are big enough or the hub isn't to big not allowing the rotor to sit flush?

Definitely not normal. There is something stuck between the rotor and the hub...If not, then the hub has bad runout. I would take it apart and start putting a dial indicator on various parts, working inside out...

      The rotor might be warped

Agreed with all of the above. Had the same problem on a set of Gen4 rotors on an aftermarket axle. It turned out that the axle register root cornerform had a larger radius than the bore of the rotor, hence it would not seat against the flange. The fix was to machine the cornerform to a smaller diameter.
