      66 Chevelle from FRANCE

      Hi to everyone,

I just take the time to introduce myself to the site.
I’ve been lurking for years now and learned a lot of things thanks to the Pro Touring community.

My name’s David and I live in the north of France (Lille).
I’m the proud owner of a 1966 Chevelle I bought 7 years ago.
The car is a Canadian production version with the SS pack, 283ci and Powerglide transmission.

Take a lot of fun riding it in France as it isn’t a common car !!
But not really into the stock stuff ( and the Chevelle isn’t too ! ), I always looked
At Custom, hot rod… and I finally found my goal in Pro Touring.

As for now, I’m still collecting parts for my LS swap, wish I could start soon !!

      Thanks for reading me.

Man, that looks clean, I'm guessing it's difficult getting parts over there? Good luck with the swap, sweet car.

Beautiful car. Always loved that body style. Must look spectacular on those French roads. Good luck with the LS swap.

      Thanks for your feedback guys

the chevelle is a big car compared to the french ones, and the streets her are narrow !
but it's still fun to see everyone's face looking at that big Muscle Car !!

As for the parts, all came from the U.S, and i have to add to the price shipping and custom !
Not the best part of the swap !!!
